William Vandry is an author, researcher, sports nutritionist, filmmaker,
athlete and Martial artist, and ranking as a sixth degree Black belt in the
art of Brazilian Jiu-jitsu under Master Carlos Machado of the world
famous Machado brothers from Brazil.
Chandra Vandry is also a researcher, filmmaker, athlete and Martial artist,
ranking as a Brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu under Master Carlos
Machado lineage. Chandra has a background in Field Biology, Forensic
Science, and is an RN in neurology and allergies.
William and Chandra own a 501c3 nonprofit, The Vandry Hope
Foundation. The Vandry Hope Foundation’s purpose is to research cures
for legal blindness, traumatic brain injury, chronic pain diseases, PTSD
with Veterans, and poverty in Central, Texas. More on their nonprofit can
